Where we deliver

  • We deliver across Singapore — confirm coverage: whole island? exclusions for restricted areas?.
  • For deliveries outside this area, state whether you ship elsewhere and on what terms.

Delivery times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within X business days of payment clearing.
  • Standard delivery takes X–Y business days from dispatch.
  • Larger fittings and project orders may take longer — we will confirm timing when we acknowledge the order.

Delivery charges

  • Standard delivery is $X, or free above $Y.
  • Bulky items such as high bay fittings and floor lamps may carry a surcharge of $X.
  • Charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Receiving your order

  • Someone aged 18 or over must be present to accept delivery.
  • Please inspect items on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit, tell us within X days with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.

Installation

  • State clearly whether installation is included, offered separately, or not offered.
  • Hard-wired fittings must be installed by a licensed electrician. Improper installation may affect your warranty.
